Hi, I’m Tracy Churchill and I am so excited to help you prepare for your next nursing interview. Before we begin I’ll tell you a bit about myself. I have been nursing for 18 years and for 14 of those I have been in supervisory and management positions. Most of my experience has been in the public sector, however the information contained in this course will help you for any role. Over the course of my career I have coached more than 50 nurses into higher positions successfully, and I want to help even more people get into their dream jobs.

I created this course because I have seen so many incredible people miss out on jobs they deserve. It might be because of interview technique, it might be appearance issue or it might be because they self sabotaged through lack of preparation.   In this course you will learn how to prepare yourself to get the best possible opportunity of getting that job. I have interviewed almost a thousand people in the health industry. I have knowledge of what organisations are looking for when we are hiring and will teach you how to use this to make yourself stand out. Upon the completion of this course, you will feel confident to prepare for your next interview, and will have tips and tricks to help you bring your best self to the interview and shine.
